The pedicure is an integral part of a beauty routine and whether you choose to do your own or go to the salone is up to you, but the maintenance in between is all you!

I tried this sample of Freeman bare foot revitalizing foot scrub in the lemon & sage scent before I started my HCG diet.

It's so lovely! Clean smelling, soft pumice grit for gently exfoliating your feet, knees and elbows.  And my personal recommendation is if you live in Arizona, or are over the age of 21 you should use this on your hands too as an ashy knuckle softener.

I liked how it removed dry scaly looking skin while moisturizing.  Here's some details from their website, so don't just take my word for it!

There is one more great thing you should know: Freeman products are widely available at Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, CVS, pretty much any discount beauty aisle near you so staying gorgeous will be easy and affordable!
