Hello hello! It's me! I'm back from a long week of traveling! I was so blessed and surprised to get back and find boxes of goodies to sample and write about; including this box of Mineral Fusion: minerals on a mission makeup! I tried everything on and have been playing with different looks but settled on a basic day look and took a photo.

So this photo is everything I used:

On clean skin, serum, moisturizer and eye creme note: no primer! I applied the mineral pressed powder foundation. I used a kabuki brush for the application all over my face and then a small shadow brush for the nooks and crannies of the face. I did two light coats and got good coverage and a balancing of my complexion.
Next, I ined my eyes with the Azure deep blue eyeliner pencil.

I used the Diversity eye shadow trio which does not have a high pigment load so for you ladies who are new to makeup, don't like intense color or are trying a new shade this is a perfect product for you.

I highlighted the brow bone with the pink shimmer, applied the nude tone along the tear duct area of my eye and then brushed a thick line of the deep plum shade along the lashes over the Azure blue liner and finished with a wee smudge on the edge of my eye for lift. If it looks subtle, it is.

I finished my lips with the Gleam lipgloss. It comes with a doe foot applicator and has a smooth moisturizing feel on the mouth; it's a bit tacky yet also has high shine.

There is a beautiful cool toned red called Flashy in the makeup that came and I didn't apply it for the photo because I was going from here to do errands and felt the bold red lips too much for Target.

Yeah, in this photo I have closed my eye but I don't think it's making much of a difference in how the shadows are wearing.

I did try the lipstick later and it's so buttery-very similiar to a Lorac lipstick.

Now to get some: visit Whole Foods (in Arizona that means Tempe, Chandler and Paradise Valley), or visit their website to find a location near you: www.mineralfusion.com
