I hope you are having the best summer ever! Today's TEEN WEEK focus is on your hair. It is a good idea to take extra care of your hair in the summer because you are in the direct sun more, most likely in the pool, at the beach and in my case at the Sunsplash waterpark in Mesa, AZ.
The extreme heat of summer will dry out your hair and fast too! Remember to deep condition once a week. As you will see in the video-applying conditioner to the ends of your hair before you get in the chlorine water will help spare your hair more damage.
