Kale chip recipe video & cookbook review with My Kitchen Cure by Mee Tracy McCormick

Hello Gorgeous!
Phew! Finally got a new camera and back in video making action! It's so much fun, I love it! My dream is to have my own HD studio...Christmas is coming and I've been good!

Here is a short video demonstrating how to make kale chips and a link to the My Kitchen Cure cookbook by Mee Tracy McCormick to help heal your bellies!

I used kale, olive oil and Tony Cachere's creole mix to season my kale chips. So easy, and it's quick too! Just about 8 minutes in an oven heated to 375 degrees. If I can do it, you can do it!

Enjoy the video!
