So I am searching for a new mascara and I just tried the new Rimmel Scandaleyes retro glam in extreme black.
Here is what I experienced...
So I got this in a pinch at Walmart today while traveling to Phoenix for the Juice Plus Conference. These are my fave peeps to work with! Oh, and I may have packed a mass of makeup for the weekend, but I personally forgot my own.
So here is the brush. Fancy, sure. The color is nice. But it did not wow me. I put THREE coats on and still didn't get a full or long look.
The orange tube from Rimmel, it's in the Scandaleyes line of mascaras is a bit better than this one. Sure, it's $4, but-not worth it if it doesn't do the job you want.
See that? That's three coats. It doesn't smell or sting or impress. Something to note about my makeup: I matted out my eyebrows and wore a bright fuschia lip look. The Wet n Wild Fergie line called Fuschanista. It's a goodie for $3! Lot of color pigment and moisture while wearing on and on and on!
So I vote no on the new Rimmel Scandaleyes retro glam mascara. If you like a petite looking lash that is more natural, this would be a good mascara for you!
